Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 2 x slices multigrain bread
- 1x tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1x tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 1-2 slices vegan cheese
- 1 x tbsp heaped Hemptyful Hemp Garlic & Thyme Spread
- 2 x tbsp of oil for cooking
- Salt as per requirement
Directions/Procedure
- Finely chop the capsicum and onion and keep them aside
- Take the 2 slices of bread and spread a generous layer of the garlic thyme spread. Add vegan cheese slices, chopped vegetables with salt to taste and cover it with the other slice of bread
- Make sure the sandwich is tightly sealed
- Toast it on the low flame using some oil till you get a crunchy exterior
- Serve hot & enjoy
