Creamy Corn Dip with our Hemp Garlic & Thyme Spread


  1. 2 x tbsp vegan butter/ oil
  2. 2 x tbsp multipurpose flour
  3. 1.5 x cup vegan milk (in recipe used almond milk)
  4. 1 x cup charred or boiled corn kernels
  5. 1/2 x tbsp black pepper
  6. 1/2 x tbsp chilli flakes
  7. 1/2 x tbsp dried thyme (optional)
  8. 1 medium sized onion (chopped)
  9. 1 x tbsp heaped Hemptyful Hemp Garlic & Thyme Spread
  10. Salt as per requirement


  1. In a pan, saute some onions till golden brown, now add in the multipurpose flour and milk to form a creamy white sauce base. Make sure you continuously stir to avid forming lumps
  2. Cook for 2 mins till a soft boil, add in charred or boiled corn kernels.
  3. Season it with black pepper, chilli flakes, dried thyme, salt & mix well
  4. In the last add the Hemp garlic & Thyme Spread, mix it well and serve.

It goes really well with things you can dip in it, like crunchy tortilla chips or fresh veggies. You can also try it with crunchy breadsticks or slices of toasted bread. No matter what you choose, this dip is sure to be a hit at any party, with its tasty mix of flavors and textures.
