Overnight Oatmeal


  1. 1/2 cup (40 g) rolled oats
  2. 2 Tbsp X Hemptyful OG Hemp Butter (Sweetened)
  3. 3/4 – 1 cup (180 – 240 ml) unsweetened non-dairy milk
  4. 1 Tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup or any sweetener as per your choice
  5. ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  6. Berries/ trail seed mix


Procedure/ Directions

The night before, add all ingredients in the bowl/ cup and keep in the fridge for atleast 3 hours (preferably over-night)

Next morning, remove it and enjoy the high protein treat for your breakfast. If it is too thick, add some more milk as per your liking of consistency. It gives you a whopping plant based protein in addition to meeting your daily requirement of omegas-3s. It is 100% vegan and becomes a perfect way to start your day
