Italian Herbed Raita with Hemp Garlic Thyme Spread

This is an interesting twist to your regular boring raita and will surely tickle your taste buds!

Ingredients

  1. 2 x cups Curd (vegan)
  2. 1/4 x cup soaked cashews
  3. 1/4 x tbsp black pepper
  4. 1/2 x tbsp oregano
  5. 1-2 cloves of minced garlic
  6. 1 x tbsp heaped Hemptyful Hemp Garlic & Thyme Spread
  7. Salt as per requirement

Directions/Procedure

  1. Combine everything in a large bowl and blend it together in a blender
  2. Serve chilled and Enjoy
