Sprouted lentil salad


  1. Garlic and thyme hemptyful dip- 1 tablespoon
  2. Salt- As per taste
  3. Pepper- As per taste
  4. Jaggery- 1 teaspoon
  5. Lime juice- Of 1 lime
  6. Sprouted lentils- 200 grams
  7. Onion- 1 medium sized
  8. Tomato- 1 medium sized
  9. Coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon


  1. Take a mix bowl and add garlic and thyme dip, salt, pepper, lime juice and jaggery and whisk to form a dressing.
  2. Add all the remaining chopped ingredients to the bowl along with the sprouts and mix to form a wonderful tossed salt.
  3. You could add some chopped green chili to increase the spice levels of the dish.
  4. Serve cold.
