Spaghetti e pepe


  1. Spaghetti- 70 grams
  2. Salt and pepper hemptyful dip- 2 tablespoon
  3. Salt- As per taste
  4. Salt and pepper hemptyful dip- 2 tablespoon
  5. Broccoli florets- ½ cup
  6. Zucchini- 1/3rd cup



  1. Cook the pasta in moderately salted and boiling water.
  2. In another pan, add the salt and pepper spread and thin it down with some water. Ensure to not condition the dip to very high temperatures or boiling as this will split the emulsion of the dip.
  3. Throw in the cooked pasta in the pan and toss till the pasta is well coated with the dip.
  4. Add a few florets of blanched broccoli and blanched zucchini to add the freshness of vegetables.
