Chocolate Hemp Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 x tbsp Hemptyful Chocolate Hemp butter
  2. 1 banana, cut into slices
  3. 1 cup Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk ( I prefer oat milk)
  4. Some Water
  5. Jaggery syrup (based on required level of sweetness)- Optional
  6. Seed trail mix (optional)
  7. 1 scoop plant protein powder (optional for a heavy workout)
  8. Ice-cubes (Optional)

Procedure/ Directions

Add the Non-Dairy Milk to a large high-speed blender, followed by the Banana and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy; add some water to the Smoothie if you’d like it to be thinner, or Ice if you’d like it to be thicker. Garnish with the trail mix to make it healthier!
